I’m Adapting, But It’s Still Weird Without You

This set of 35 small paintings was created as a single, unified artwork. Each piece carries a fragment of a larger story, one of adapting to change and learning to live with absence.

The decision to separate and distribute these paintings reflects the very theme of the work. By giving each piece a new home, the artwork continues to evolve, much like life after loss. In this way, the artwork transforms into something living and shared, symbolic of how relationships and memories persist even when things change.
